These are the current HOA documents, the HOA board has recently had a new set of By-Laws, Guidelines and Policies recorded with the state. In addition a new set of deed restrictions has been drafted and requires 2/3 of the lot owners to sign off on them (72 signatures). We will start gathering signatures very soon.
